Math Overview (Slide Show Version)

Probability and statistics is composed of three topics. The first, probability, involves knowing the difference between certain and uncertain events. It also involves the use of experiments to investigate uncertain events. The second topic, statistics, involves the collection, organization and display of data using numerical and graphic forms. And the third topic, prediction and inference, describes the ability to predict simple activities and make inferences based on experimental results.
